Prof Frans Viljoen: Module 2 - The right to freedom of expression, case law and clawback clauses

In this segment of the MOOC 'International and African Legal Framework on Freedom of Expression, Access to Information and the Safety of Journalists' developed by the Centre for Human Rights, University of Pretoria with the support of UNESCO, professor Frans Viljoen explains the particular provisions in the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ rights that deals with freedom of expression (article 9).
